The Smoothly Done Movers and Services Inc. remains open and ready to serve our customers during the Covid-19 situation. We will be following the CDC'S recommended guidelines to keep our employees and customers safe and have put in place series of measures in order to minimize any potential risk.
In addition, we are taking the following precautions:
- All workers be screened and will have their temperatures taken before their shift starts.
- All workers are required to have a face mask.
- Workers have been provided hand sanitizers and will wash/sanitize their hands before starting a shift.
- We encourage customers to wear face masks or face covering.
- We encourage all customers who have flu like symptoms or have travelled outside of Ontario or has come into contact with someone who has travelled outside Ontario within the last 14 days to please disclose to us before their scheduled service.
- All employees who have flu like symptoms, travelled outside of Ontario or have been in contact with someone who has travelled abroad are obligated to self-isolate 14 days.
We will also request any payments and/or tips to be sent by our contact-less technology.
